Job Description
DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking an IT Security Analyst to join their US Air Force team supporting the defense of USAF infrastructure at the base level. The role involves providing Functional Mission Analysis and Cyber assistance to identify critical system vulnerabilities and create defense plans. The position is onsite and focuses on understanding and mitigating cyber threats within the cyberspace environment.
Requirements
- Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline in cybersecurity or information technology
- CompTIA Security+ Level II Certification, in accordance with DOD 8140 and AFMAN 17-1303
- CCSP or Cloud+ or CySA+ or GICSP
- Five (5) years of experience required: Functional Mission Analysis in Cyberspace processes and associated mapping and defense of Mission-Relevant Terrain in Cyberspace
- IT security principles, concepts, and methods to investigate, analyze, and respond to cyber incidents
