Job Description
As a Seasonal Stockroom Operations Lead at UGG, you will oversee the stockroom, maintain a safe and efficient environment, and lead by example to model exceptional stockroom standards. You will partner with the Store Manager to train and develop stock associates and empower your team members. You will be responsible for receiving and verifying shipments, handling discrepancies, and controlling damaged merchandise.
Requirements
- One (1) to two (2) years of retail store experience
- High School Diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent team-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the business needs
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications
- Valid driver's license
