Job Description
Deel is a global payroll and HR platform for global teams, focused on seamless HR integration across all aspects of work. The Account Executive (AE) role will drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth within the SMB segment, specifically in North America. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle and addressing complex HR challenges for SMB businesses.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of high-performance sales experience in a quota-carrying, full-cycle Account Executive role.
- Proven track record of success selling B2B SaaS solutions into the SMB segment.
- Geographically based in North America.
- Territory and execution mastery of the full sales cycle.
- Motivation, resilience, and resourcefulness.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with remote/global HR (preferred).
