Customer Onboarding Manager | EMEA

As the Customer Onboarding Manager | EMEA, you will be responsible for onboarding clients and setting them up for durable relationships with Deel to enable long-term success. You will serve as our client’s trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance during the onboarding phase on operational and product-related issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer onboarding role supporting a B2B SaaS product, particularly in HR, Payroll, and Finance domains
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to customers and team members
• High attention to detail with the capability to design organized and effective onboarding plans and schedules for clients
