Deel is seeking a results-driven Field Event Marketing Manager to lead Deel's field marketing programs across ANZ. In this role, you'll own the strategy and execution of regional events, including trade shows, industry conferences, and virtual events. You'll work closely with Sales and the APAC Regional Marketing leader to deliver localized, high-impact experiences that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ANZ/APAC field or regional marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth companies.
- Proven track record of executing successful events across ANZ (both in-person and virtual).
- Skilled at building strong relationships and working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of sales enablement strategies and experience engaging Sales in event execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Comfortable analyzing performance data and making strategic recommendations.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, Hubspot, and Swoogo is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional APAC languages a plus (Japanese, Korean, etc.).
- Willingness to travel for event execution (30–40%).
