Job Description
Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, and we are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team. As the fastest-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) company in history, Deel is transforming how global talent connects with world-class companies.
Requirements
- Draft and review contracts ranging from services agreements to employment contracts
- Provide relevant advice to customers and employees where appropriate
- Work closely with business colleagues to provide legal solutions that are business-oriented
- Collaborate with legal colleagues in preparing templates, guides, playbooks, processes and/or manuals
- Being the point of contact for any Australian related matters the company is involved in
- Work across various Australia/New Zealand related projects
