Senior Product Designer (Growth)

Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. Our vision is to unlock global opportunity for every person, team, and business. We're looking for a Growth Product Designer to help Deel unlock new levels of user engagement, product adoption and retention.

Requirements

• Design user-centric solutions that drive key growth metrics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, data analysts, and marketers to define, test, and iterate on growth hypotheses
• Design prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate your design intent
• Use data (both qualitative and quantitative) to inform decisions, identify friction points, and optimize the user journey
• Balance product and business goals with exceptional user experience
• Contribute to our evolving design system and push visual and interaction standards forward through motion
