Job Description
Deel is a rapidly growing, all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. They are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for their HR products, identify market opportunities, and craft compelling messaging. The role focuses on building expertise and driving impactful results within a dynamic, global customer-centric environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in product marketing in SaaS, ideally in payroll/HR tech
- Strong understanding of domestic payroll processes and compliance requirements
- Exceptional skills in positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market execution
- Experience working with Lifecycle marketing teams
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
