Deel has rapidly expanded and is now offering an opportunity for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive revenue, product adoption, and strategic growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in product marketing in SaaS, ideally in payroll/HR tech
- Strong understanding of domestic payroll processes and compliance requirements
- Exceptional skills in positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market execution
- Experience working with Lifecycle marketing teams
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
