Job Description
The Additive Manufacturing technician will be part of a skilled production team working to produce high-quality large-pressure vessels with DED-arc additive manufacturing equipment. The role involves work in a dynamic production environment, following operational procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum Core GCSE's or equivalent
- Technical certification or vocational training in manufacturing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in engineering, with a focus on production and manufacturing
- Knowledge of various additive manufacturing technologies such as DED-arc/laser and post processing techniques such as machining and NDT
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and procedures
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot minor technical issues independently
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work well within a team-oriented environment
