Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Deep Origini is a biotechnology company utilizing AI-powered tools to accelerate drug discovery. They are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop predictive models and contribute to a multiscale biological simulator. The role involves working with the Cellular Simulations team to integrate biological simulations and mechanistic insights into ML-based approaches.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in a relevant quantitative field
• At least 5 years of experience in developing machine learning models in an industry setting
• Knowledge of optimization methodologies for machine learning models
• Extensive coding experience, preferably Python
• Fluent English
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
