Founder in Residence, Non-Transferable Pest Control

DSV is seeking an entrepreneurial technical leader to found and spin out a company focused on non-transferable pest control, utilizing species-targeted, durable pest control methods. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of novel technologies addressing non-toxic pesticide alternatives and offers significant support throughout the spin-out process. This is a full-time, remote position initially, but with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model once the venture is launched and investment secured.

Requirements

• Deep science depth in genomics, molecular biology, entomology, plant pathology, virology, and/or bacteriology.
• PhD or equivalent industry R&D knowledge.
• Impact driven with initiative and problem-solving skills.
