Job Description
Deepgram is seeking a Solutions Architect to own complex post-sales engagements, guide customers to production, and strengthen technical support for the APAC region. This role focuses on architecture, implementation, and Tier-3 technical problem solving, contributing to pre-sales, partner feedback, and global operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
Requirements
- 5 or more years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, or similar technical roles.
- Professional software engineering experience in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with production deployments, migrations, performance tuning, and incident response.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
