Senior Software Engineer - Backend

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering
• 3.5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience building and maintaining backend systems in production
• Proven contributor to moderately complex technical initiatives
• Languages: Java (primary), SQL
• Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA
• APIs: REST; GraphQL exposure is a plus
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Messaging: Kafka, SQS
• Experience with tools like Git, JUnit, Mockito, Maven/Gradle, Grafana and other monitoring tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Collaborative and proactive approach
• Comfortable working in Agile environments
• Growth mindset and willingness to mentor others
