Systems/ Infrastructure Engineer

DeepIntent is seeking a skilled Systems/ Infrastructure Engineer to join their team and support the operation, maintenance, and improvement of their Linux-based infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Linux administration
• Strong proficiency in scripting with a focus on automation and tooling
• Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching), firewalls, and security best practices
• Hands-on experience with virtualization (KVM, VMware, Proxmox) and containerization
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; GCP is a plus)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, Zabbix, or similar)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently on complex issues
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Relevant certifications (RHCE, Linux+, AWS SysOps, Security+) are an advantage
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus
• Familiarity with Kubernetes is beneficial
