Requirements

• Strong analytic skills and a scientific approach to technical challenges
• Accomplished software engineer with experience in Python, PyTorch, and AI software ecosystem
• Experience in optimizing and troubleshooting workloads on GPU compute clusters at scale
• Good understanding of high-performance programming model for GPUs and collective communication primitives
• High proficiency in English; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus
