Requirements
- Significant experience as a Staff Product Manager in B2B SaaS, ideally in a product-led growth environment
- Proven ownership of high-usage, customer-facing products with clear business accountability
- Experience working on products with strong UX and real-time or collaborative workflows is a plus
- Founder-led mentality: ownership, bias to action, and comfort wearing many hats
- Strong intuition for UX, combined with data-driven decision-making
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making high-impact trade-offs
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Leadership
- Ability to clearly articulate strategy, priorities, and trade-offs to senior audiences
