Staff Software Engineer | Convert and Scale

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll drive cross-functional projects, shape the architectural direction of systems, and collaborate with engineering teams and product managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on technical experience as an engineer, with a strong focus on business logic-intensive environments
• Experience initiating and driving technical projects involving collaboration with multiple teams
• Demonstrated ability to influence and mentor teams and individuals across multiple teams or larger organizational structures
• Experience with a wide range of observability practices (SLOs, Dashboards, Alertis,..) for business critical systems
• Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD) is a plus
