As a Senior IT Specialist, you will own our day-to-day IT operations, support and guide the IT team, act as an escalation point for complex issues, and help shape a scalable and secure IT setup as we grow.
Requirements
- Timely resolution of IT issues and user support needs

- Maintain system security, performance, backups, and data integrity
- Coordinate IT projects, vendors, policies, and technology solutions
