Project Engineer

Deeside Cereals, acquired by Weetabix Food Company in December 2023, is looking for a Project Engineer to design, manage, and oversee small capital investment projects. The role focuses on responsible project spending, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, specifically Food Safety and Health Standards. Requirements

• Recognised Engineering qualification (Degree or equivalent)
• Suitable safety qualifications (i.e. SMSTS, FAAW and IOSH)
• Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills
• Competent with MS Office and standard Engineering applications
• Organised and methodical
• Highly computer literate and experience of all MS packages, particularly word, excel and powerpoint
