Accounts Payable Specialist

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to support the company’s financial operations, managing vendor invoices, processing payments, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and government contracting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of accounts payable or accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation
• Experience using accounting or ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
