Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or financial management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and collections processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadership skills, ability to manage a team and drive performance.
• Effective communication skills, ability to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Attention to detail, ensure accuracy and timeliness in accounts receivable operations.
