Job Description
Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Compliance Coordinator to ensure company policies and practices adhere to federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as government contracting requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of HR, compliance, or related experience
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
