We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our corporate finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and a passion for accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll entries, and month-end/year-end close.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate general ledger records and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Oversee fixed asset accounting, depreciation schedules, accruals, and prepayments.
- Maintain internal controls and support ongoing improvements to accounting workflows.
- Provide financial analysis, forecasts, budgets, and regular reporting to leadership.
- Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and profitability metrics.
- Support strategic planning with data-driven financial insights.
- Prepare and manage audit deliverables, maintaining clear communication with external auditors.
- Partner cross functionally with all departments to ensure financial accuracy and alignment across the organization.
- Support implementation and optimization of accounting and ERP systems.
- Maintain and develop accounting policies, procedures, and best practices.
