Defined.ai is a data-driven company leveraging AI and machine learning to deliver high-quality training data to AI systems. They are seeking a skilled individual to design, implement, and operate scalable data pipelines, building and maintaining infrastructure for operational data platforms. The role requires strong collaboration skills and a proactive mindset.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or similar background
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Experience in PySpark-based data pipelines and software quality best practices
• Worked with Azure services such as Synapse Analytics, ADLS, Power BI, DevOps, and SQL and NoSQL databases
• Solid understanding of data-related architectures, concepts, technologies, and processes (e.g., Medallion, Data Lake, Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, ETL, etc.)
• Comfortable with evaluating and applying software design and architectural patterns/principles
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs based on FastAPI
• Problem Solving skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
