DefineX is a next-generation consulting house and venture builder, helping financial institutions shape bold visions and turn them into real-world impact. We're looking for an Engagement Delivery Coordinator to serve as the on-site focal point for DefineX delivery activities within ongoing banking projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in delivery coordination or engagement support within banking or large-scale system integration environments
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and standard project tracking tools
- Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with multi-vendor delivery environments and regulatory constraints in the banking sector
- English fluency required; Arabic or Turkish is a plus
