Job Description
DefineX is a consulting house and venture builder, helping financial institutions in the Banking and English-speaking fields. They are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team working on a CRM development project in the banking sector. The role involves analyzing client needs, collaborating with the development team, and delivering project documentation within the sprint scope.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, or related fields
- 3–8 years of experience in business analysis within the finance/banking domain
- Experience in CRM platforms (Siebel or Salesforce preferred)
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and functional documentation
- Experience with Jira for requirement and task management
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to quickly adapt to project processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Willingness to travel occasionally
