Job Description
As a Customer Advisor, you will sell gold and silver bars and coins as investments to customers, coordinate cash register and precious metal inventory, and provide expert guidance throughout the purchase process. You will also handle customer inquiries, manage safe deposit customers, and participate in customer events and trade fairs.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or training as a goldsmith (m/f/d)
- New entrants with corresponding professional experience, e.g. from sales and purchase in the field of gold and precious metals or in the upper single trade with customer and sales experience, possible
- Spotless police certificate and positive Schufa report
- Knowledge of cash management and the field of physical precious metal storage in connection with customer and sales orientation
- Very good German in word and writing
- Security in handling MS-Office applications
- Team spirit, independent and structured working style, as well as solution-oriented action, also in complex situations
