Landscape Construction Foreman - Year Round - FULL TIME

DeHamer Landscaping is looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead and execute high-quality landscape construction projects with a primary focus on landscape installations, grading, drainage, and retaining wall construction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in landscape construction with a strong emphasis on softscape work
• Crew leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Experience with grading, drainage, planting, sod, and retaining wall construction
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, grades, and elevations
• Experience operating landscape construction equipment
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Solid organizational and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lead from DeHamer Landscaping’s Mission, Vision, and Values
• Valid and clean driver’s license (CDL Class A preferred)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
