Requirements
- Assess vehicle damage and perform quality repairs to body panels, structural elements, and vehicle frames, following manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Replace damaged body parts—including bumpers, fenders, hoods, and trim—and align, weld, or attach new components as needed.
- Prep surfaces, sand, mask, and apply paint coatings using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform fiberglass, aluminum, and light mechanical repairs within expertise.
- Document repair work and maintain open communication with managers and team members regarding timelines, supplies, and repair progress.
- Operate all shop tools and equipment safely; follow safety procedures and uphold high housekeeping standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and stay current with repair techniques and industry regulations.
