Requirements
- 2-10 years of experience in RV sales, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership capabilities to guide and motivate a team, navigating challenges and achieving success in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of sales numbers, financial analysis, and market trends to drive profitability and sales performance.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer feels valued and confident in their RV purchase.
- Valid Sales License: A valid state sales license and driver’s license are required to drive RVs as needed and to meet industry standards.
