IT Portfolio/Budget Analyst

The IT Portfolio Manager and Budget Analyst for NSWCDD DNA will primarily assist in developing and completing NAV-ITAS & IBPES processes to ensure compliance and monitor consumable and operational procurements, ensuring budget and asset inventory deadlines are met. Additionally, the position will perform Customer Technical Representative (CTR) duties in accordance with NAV-ITAS policy.

Requirements

• Familiarity with CTR NAV-ITAS regulations, associated tools and processes
• 5+ years working within a Data Analysis/Administrative role
• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Work Experience
• Strong written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel - running and creating functions, pivot table and charts
• Cyber Security Workforce level IAT II
• DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Experienced Navy oversight of Enterprise services, ELA, procurements and spending
• Experience facilitating communication with vendors and customers, ensuring on-time deliveries and accurate billing.
• Strong independent work ethic while able to work collaboratively within a team environment
