Team Leader, Medical Assistants

Delaware Valley Community Health is seeking a Full-Time Team Leader-Medical Assistant for a mid-sized, underserved population serving Greater Philadelphia. This role involves a wide range of medical and administrative duties, including clinical, patient care, scheduling, phlebotomy, and patient interaction. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
• Completion from an accredited Medical Assistant Program REQUIRED
• CPR and BLS Certification REQUIRED
• Previous experience in a medical office setting PREFERRED
• Bilingual in Spanish PREFERRED
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of care team and other colleagues
• Ability to present a positive and enthusiastic demeanor while directly working with patients
• Compliance with HIPAA
• Ability to use good reasoning and judgment
