Director Category Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or related field
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
• Experience in the wholesale floral industry is highly desirable
• Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to maintain supplier relationships while achieving cost savings
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, contract compliance, and risk management
• Proficiency with ERP/inventory systems (Apprise preferred), Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Tableau is a plus
