Table Games Dealer responsible for creating a fun and entertaining environment, conducting games, and providing excellent service to guests. Must have previous dealing experience, strong math skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Previous Dealing experience preferred
- Knowledge of multiple table games preferred
- Successful completion of dealer school/program required
- Strong hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity skills are preferred
- Must successfully pass an audition to determine the performance levels and abilities
- Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Gaming Enforcement/ Lottery during employment
- Must have strong math skills, with the ability to calculate numbers quickly & accurately
- Must possess strong money-handling and documentation skills
- Must be able to wear and appear comfortable in the assigned uniform provided by Delaware Park
- Must be able to walk and stand for at least a full eight (8)-hour shift
- Ability to bend reach, pull, push, kneel, squat, and grasp as needed
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform duties at station assignments that are busy with limited space have high volumes, diverse clientele, noise, music, minimal and/or bright lighting, and variation of climate control
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management is mandatory
- Must be able to handle all types of guest-related situations, and relay all guest compliments and complaints to Table Games Management
