CPM Solution Architect

Delbridge Solutions is a fast-growing technology company that provides software solutions for Performance Management, Data Management, and Corporate Transformation. We're looking for a CPM Solution Architect to join our team, with a focus on building collaborative relationships with stakeholders, designing and delivering impactful solutions, and driving innovation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in solution architecture, implementation, and application integration within CPM platforms like Anaplan, TM1, Pigment, CCH Tagetik, or Oracle Hyperion/EPM
• Strong technical expertise in data visualization, user experience, and planning workflows
• Proven ability to lead workshops and design collaborative solutions that meet business needs
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
• Strong analytical skills to understand business challenges and deliver tailored solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, IT, or Finance is preferred
