Job Description

They are seeking a passionate Site Reliability Engineer to join their growing Mexico City office, supporting the maintenance of their SaaS applications and improving operational efficiency. The role involves automation, monitoring, incident response, and infrastructure improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Administration
- Proven hands-on experience as a Cloud Administrator with Azure, including microservices on Kubernetes, cloud concepts, and cloud security
- Solid understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting practices (e.g., Datadog, Azure Monitor, ELK stack)
- Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
- Understanding backup, redundancy, and disaster recovery strategies in the cloud
