Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience as an HR Generalist or People Business Partner
- Strong working knowledge of the full employee lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience supporting employees in Singapore and handling employee relations matters
- Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition and maintaining employee records in an HRIS
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
- Clear and effective communication skills, with comfort collaborating across cultures, time zones, and levels of the organization
