Sr. HR Generalist -APAC

Delinea is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support their APAC team in Singapore. The role involves providing day-to-day HR support, benefits administration, and compliance, while fostering a positive employee experience aligned with the company's global values.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience as an HR Generalist or People Business Partner
• Strong working knowledge of the full employee lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience supporting employees in Singapore and handling employee relations matters
• Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition and maintaining employee records in an HRIS
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
• Clear and effective communication skills, with comfort collaborating across cultures, time zones, and levels of the organization
