Delinea is seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer to join our Global Technical Support team, providing world-class support to our customers. The ideal candidate is a responsible and motivated self-starter with a desire to learn modern technologies and concepts and solve technical questions.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven relevant professional experience as a technical support agent or its equivalent
- In depth knowledge and experience in at least some of the following: IT and System administration, Networking and data transport and encryption, Cloud infrastructure, Machine, network and services virtualization, Security concepts and methodologies
- Relational databases and SQL language proficiency and.NET applications are a bonus
