Project Leader (City Innovation) - North America

We are seeking a Project Leader to join our growing consulting team in North America. The role will involve leading multiple projects or major workstreams, shaping the work, and end-to-end management. You will work across a range of contexts, collaborating with local governments, philanthropies, and nonprofit organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred (e.g. Public Policy).
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant and full-time work experience in consulting, other professional services, or as a senior manager in government and public sector delivery.
• Proven track record leading / managing a team of early-to-mid career-level contributors in a professional services or project-based context.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and programs.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Authorization + location requirements: Must be based in and have work authorization in the United States. Delivery Associates will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
