Job Description
Lead a team of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Architects to transform AI concepts into scalable production-grade systems. Design and implement AI solutions with high standards of scalability, observability, and security. Work in a hybrid environment with agile methodologies and a collaborative team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring technical teams
- Strong technical background in Python (preferred) or Java
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / multi-agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, CrewAI)
- Familiarity with SAP AI Core and SAP BTP
- Experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and microservices
- Fluent English and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
