Collections Associate with Italian

The successful candidate will be a key player in managing our accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Finance Customer Service, Collections, or Accounts Receivable roles
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1) and Italian (C1)
