Job Description
We are looking for a motivated junior professional to support the Credit Risk Data Team in our Warsaw office. As a Junior Risk Analyst, you will develop your skills through client interaction and collaboration with other internal teams, working on advisory projects for entry-level professionals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a financial institution within an investment banking environment or related sectors
- Fluency in English
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Working effectively as a team player with strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work on own initiative
- Basic accounting or financial analysis knowledge
- Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree (can be in progress)
- Understanding programming languages like VBA, SQL, R, or Python is a plus
