We are looking for a Senior Lawyer with 3-7 years of experience in corporate M&A transactions to provide comprehensive commercial consultancy, transaction, and advisory services.
Requirements
- Law school graduate and Bar membership
- 3-7 years of professional experience in a top business law firm
- In-depth knowledge of civil and commercial law, contract law, and corporate governance rules
- Fluency in written & spoken English
