Job Description
Director, Insurance Sector Technologies at Deloitte. Manage cross-functional teams, lead software implementation projects, and ensure high-quality solution delivery for clients in the property and civil liability insurance sector. At least 8 years of experience in IT consulting, preferably in Guidewire implementations.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT consulting, preferably in Guidewire implementations
- Proven experience in leading large-scale implementation projects, with a preference for Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter projects
- Solid understanding of commercial processes and industry trends in the insurance sector
- Ease with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- University degree in computer science, engineering, commerce, or a related field
- Guidewire certifications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) are an asset
