The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field, and 5-8 years of experience in managing teams and implementing operational strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel required; data modeling skills a plus
• 5 to 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in managing teams of 10 or more people
• Proven experience in leading multiple teams or work streams and implementing operational strategies
• Ability to make important decisions, delegate, and manage inter-functional complexity
• Excellent Excel skills and ease with budgets and financial models
• Strong communication and motivation skills, with a focus on execution and accountability
• Experience in change management, indicator-based operations, and stakeholder alignment
