Job Description
Join the Deloitte Capital Markets team and be at the center of capital markets operations, supporting companies in IPO, bond issuances, M&A transactions, and all capital markets operations. As an operation advisor or Assurance specialist, you will assist clients in navigating the successful offer process, provide advice on complex technical issues, and develop training for audit teams and clients.
Requirements
- Specialized or three-year degree in Economics (preferable)
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Good knowledge of IFRS and national accounting principles
- Work experience of 2-4 years in accounting audit or similar experience (preferably at another Big 4)
- Attitude to teamwork, problem-solving and sharp analytical skills
- Availability to travel in Italy and abroad
