Job Description
We are looking for an Associate to join the Monitor Deloitte team in Milano and Roma, working in a hybrid mode. Monitor Deloitte supports clients in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of services offered, also with the support of new technologies.
Requirements
- Brilliant academic path in the field: Economico - Finanziario or Ingegneristico
- Experience between 3 and 5 years in strategic consulting boutiques or with Italian and international Private Equity funds
- Experience in strategic projects and M&A operations (due diligence, post-merger integration, value creation)
- Team management capabilities, result-oriented approach, analytical and quantitative approach
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
