We are looking for a junior figure to be inserted in the Deal Transformation and Post Merger Integration IT M&A team of Deloitte Nexthub in Bari, which will work in a hybrid mode.
Requirements
- IT Due diligence in the evaluation of the technological evolution and the IT support provided to the business in the context of M&A processes
- ICT Strategy in supporting our clients in the development of the technological strategy to support the operational business model
- IT Integration in providing methodologies and operational tools in post merger integration activities
- Data Analysis in using data to support strategic decisions, both IT and business
