The role requires collaboration with partners, training, and mentorship of team members. Requirements
- Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials
- Completed master’s degree or accounting designation or LLB
- 4 years of relevant work experience, with 2 years in International tax
- Completion of CICA In-Depth Tax program
- Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management
- Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision-making, documentation, managing client expectations, project profitability and team leadership
- Experienced in business development
- Ability to anticipate long-term impacts of decisions
- Execute complex tax engagements
- Mentorship of team members
- Working within Canadian, Indigenous, and Black territories
